Desk surface power comes in a wide variety of shapes and from these days. Typically, we are referring to ways to integrate power outlets and charging ports into the surface of a desk or workstation for easy access. Modern workspaces frequently need to have the capability to charge or power multiple devices like laptops, phones, tablets, and monitors. Wireless charging, multiple outlets, USB – A , B and C, different color options besides good old black or white and from just as many different suppliers.

Here are some common surface power solutions for workstations:

Pop-up Power Modules

Features: These power modules are built into the desk surface and remain flush when not in use. When you need them, they “pop up” with the press of a button.
Power Ports: Typically include AC outlets and USB charging ports.

In-Desk Power Grommets

Features: These are circular or rectangular units that are installed into a cut-out hole in the desk.

Clamp-on Power Strips
