All Students Welcome

Students come in all shapes and sizes. In the design of Oodle, we considered every body type. With 17 inches of seating surface, larger students will feel just as welcome using an Oodle.

 Inventive rocker base

Just flip the rocker base over to switch between sitting flat and sitting with movement. Simple rotation locks the base into place.

 Gather ’round

Instead of a chair, pull up an oodle. Ideal for collaborative learning and common areas, oodle is easy to gather into a circle, arrange around a table or stack up at a counter.

Oodle measures up

• Oodle measures 17″ in diameter. Weight: 20 lbs (3+1 set).
• Oodle is available in 5 bright or neutral colors.
• One color per set – buy in several colors to mix it up!

The basic Oodle features three cylinder-shaped components, each 17 inches in diameter and 6.5 inches high. Educators can set them up for use individually or assist students in stacking them higher. Additionally, by simply flipping a separate, floor-facing disc insert 180 degrees, students can sit still (the insert’s flat side) or enjoy 10 degrees of multidirectional rocking motion (the insert’s convex side). A sturdy rotation lock keeps the proprietary stack-and-lock system securely fastened.

Comfortable Motion: Oodle’s rocking base features a stable 10º of motion. To add to the feeling of stability for the student, the rocking base features a “stop” at the perimeter of stool base, which signals the student they’ve rocked as far as able.

Student Choice: Let’s face it, flexible and active seating isn’t for every learning situation and shouldn’t be perceived as a distraction (to student or educator). For those situations, the movement disc is easy to flip and remove the movement. We suggest several units set up without motion for students that prefer not to ‘wobble,’ but still, want to join the fun.

• Model “OODLE31” comes with (3) three 6.5” high sections and (1) one rocker base.Model “OODLE33” comes with (3) three 6.5” sections and (3) three rocker bases; this setup allows each 6.5” section to be used individually.
• Units ship in a single color, to mix and match colors order multiple units.
